Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar to make the cream cheese layer and spread over batter.
  5. Top with remaining batter, then sprinkle blueberries evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
