- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar to make the cream cheese layer and spread over batter.
- Top with remaining batter, then sprinkle blueberries evenly on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream.
