- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a small saucepan, heat blueberries, blueberry preserves, and lemon juice over medium heat until berries burst and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Pour the blueberry topping over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Slice into bars and enjoy!
