Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange croissant halves in the dish, layering with chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour custard mixture evenly over croissants and chocolate.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute dark chocolate for semi-sweet for a richer flavor.
