Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Stir in milk to form a soft dough.
- Scoop dough and roll into balls, then flatten slightly on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing.
- Once cookies are cooled, drizzle with icing and let set before serving.
