Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil for crunchiness and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
