- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Mix softened cream cheese with honey or maple syrup.
- Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Place cranberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
- Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, to form crescents.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Substitute dried cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
