- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups prepared stuffing

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberries, stuffing, walnuts, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the balls lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh cranberries for dried; adjust cooking time accordingly.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or thyme to the mixture.
