- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 package Boursin cheese (5 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
