  • 1 lb (450 g) Cajun sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced Cajun sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
