Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Cook bacon separately until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in ranch dressing, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
