- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Cook bacon separately until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in ranch dressing, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for ranch dressing for a healthier version.
- Add sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
