- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked shredded chicken, rice, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
