- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker, add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in cooked pasta before serving. Garnish with cheese if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
