- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add spices and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture into the slow cooker with chicken and tomato sauce. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes uncovered.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- You can use chicken breasts or thighs, depending on your preference.
