- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place diced chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and minced garlic. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred slightly, then return to the slow cooker.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and tortellini. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 20-30 minutes until tortellini is tender and the sauce is creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
