Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef pieces until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Transfer the beef and garlic to the slow cooker, add butter, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and flavors meld.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides or over rice or noodles.

- If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
