- 8 oz (225 g) pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust the cream for desired sauce thickness.
- Serve immediately garnished with additional parsley if desired.
