Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Serve the sauce over cooked egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
