- 1 package (9 oz) cheese or spinach ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cook until tomatoes soften and spinach wilt, about 3 minutes.
- Combine cooked ravioli with the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Serve topped with fresh basil and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
