  • 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring continuously. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
