Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
  5. In a skillet, combine marinara sauce and heavy cream. Simmer over medium heat.
  6. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
