- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Mix cooked spaghetti into the cream sauce, then stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a more indulgent dish, add cooked sausage or bacon bits.
- Use freshly grated cheese for the best melting results.
