A rich and creamy baked spaghetti dish inspired by southern comfort flavors, layered with cheese and seasoned to perfection.

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  3. Mix cooked spaghetti into the cream sauce, then stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
