- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon, then bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with sour cream if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of paprika or hot sauce before baking. Use vegetarian bacon for a meatless version.
