- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Arrange Brie slices in the center of the pastry.
- Top with sliced figs and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pinching to seal.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving. Enjoy warm.
