Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in sliced apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
