  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well.
  5. Fold in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then spread cream cheese frosting on top.
  8. Slice into bars and serve garnished with extra walnuts or grated carrots if desired.
