Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well.
- Fold in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool, then spread cream cheese frosting on top.
- Slice into bars and serve garnished with extra walnuts or grated carrots if desired.
