Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips gently into the ricotta mixture.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set. Cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
