  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
