- 6 cups of day-old bread cubes
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Arrange bread cubes and blueberries in the dish, then pour the egg mixture over evenly.
- Press gently to saturate bread. Let sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of bourbon or orange zest to the egg mixture.
- Use stale bread or day-old bread for best absorption.
