- 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in sour cream until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange apple slices on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top, sprinkle with cinnamon, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
