Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Alternate adding flour and apple cider, starting and ending with flour mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.

- Optional: sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking for extra flavor.
