Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
  3. Heat caramel sauce until smooth, then spread evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to make chocolate topping.
  5. Spread chocolate over caramel layer, then sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
