- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
- Heat caramel sauce until smooth, then spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to make chocolate topping.
- Spread chocolate over caramel layer, then sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
