Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry sheets into squares and bake until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the ricotta filling onto each pastry square or pipe using a pastry bag.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and dust with powdered sugar. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
