Instructions
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Mix in shredded chicken and cover. Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Add tortellini and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
