Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add honey, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and coated evenly, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be made with frozen corn and is ready in less than 15 minutes.
- For a smoky flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne pepper.
