- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional: lime wedges, chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken slices with 1 tbsp olive oil and spice mixture until well coated.
- Arrange chicken, peppers, and onions on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot on tortillas with lime and cilantro for garnish.

- Feel free to add shredded cheese or sour cream for extra flavor.
