- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or top round, sliced into strips
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers and onions on top.
- Mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Pour over ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with water and add to thicken gravy in the last 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot over rice or noodles. Adjust seasoning to taste. For a thicker sauce, add cornstarch slurry during the last half hour of cooking.
