Instructions
- Lay cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Spread a small dollop of cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with dill and black pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, add capers or thinly sliced red onion atop the smoked salmon. Use high-quality smoked salmon for best taste.
