Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mix cooled beef mixture with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of beef mixture inside.
  5. Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
