- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute. Let cool slightly.
- Mix cooled beef mixture with Parmesan cheese.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of beef mixture inside.
- Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and pinch to seal.
- Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
