Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
- Add carrots, celery, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes.
