- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce and honey. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix sesame oil with a splash of soy sauce if desired.
- Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Toss gently to combine.
