- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chia seeds, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with mixed berries, nuts, and optional toppings.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in airtight container in freezer.
Notes
For added flavor, include shredded coconut or chia seeds. Can be customized with your favorite fruits and nuts. Best enjoyed frozen for a refreshing treat.
