- 4 large low-carb tortillas or keto-friendly rolls
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté onions and green peppers until tender, set aside.
- Add beef strips to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and optional sauces; cook until browned.
- Lay out tortillas, distribute cooked beef and vegetables evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolls in the skillet and cook until cheese melts and the outside is golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or hot sauce. Use almond flour tortillas for gluten-free option.
