Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and cook until translucent, 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in lemon juice and capers, cook for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
