Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, grilled chicken slices, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
