- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Lay one tortilla on a flat surface and evenly spread with cooked meat, cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Top with another tortilla and press lightly.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.

- For a spicier version, add jalapenos or hot sauce.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa for dipping.
