- 150g ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the filling.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal well.
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, add wontons and cook until floating, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or vegetable for pork.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of fish sauce or sprinkle chili flakes.
