Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the filling.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal well.
  3. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, add wontons and cook until floating, about 4-5 minutes.
