- 1 pound cheese tortellini

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft and blistered.
- Mix in cooked tortellini, fresh basil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a creamier version, add a splash of heavy cream. Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish with extra basil for presentation.
