  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • White chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  3. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut heart-shaped cookies using a cookie cutter.

  5. Heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over chopped dark chocolate, let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth to make ganache.
  6. Spread ganache onto the cooled cookies and let set. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the ganache cookies.
