- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)
- 12 slider buns
- Celery sticks and chopped parsley for garnish
- Blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until well coated.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the slider buns.
- Top each with shredded cheese.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra spice, add additional hot sauce or pepper flakes.
- You can prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and assemble just before baking.
