Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top before serving.

Serve warm with bread slices, crackers, or vegetable sticks. For a spicier kick, add diced jalapenos or hot sauce.
